I am trying to use the Quickbooks Integration Wizard and the very first step asks for Website Account Verification. I enter the proper domain name as indicated in the left hand corner of my account. I enter all login credentials accurately and I get a pop up that my login credentials invalid.

Any suggestions?

Give us a call in Support. That one's been asked a few times and we do get a few calls on it from time to time.

Without walking through the details with you over the phone, there is not much I can recommend specific to your account that might cause the problem. I suggest giving our team a call as soon as possible.

We had this exact problem a couple of days ago. We called support and were given a number to use instead of our store domain name. We were told that the number is an internally used unique ID and not accessible to us.

While we got past this error message, we were not able to get the QuickBooks integration to work. We called support and was asked for our company file. We provided our company file and have been told that it will take a few days for them to take a look at it.

We have been using Webconnect for a few months now with good success. We integrate with QBPOS. What are your issues?
