I am getting updated errors since we installed QBpos on new computer. I can't run troubleshoot because that gives another error. I have the error and log info if anyone can understand it or can tell me where to get it resolved.

Please help!

Have you G00gled or called QB the error?

I would google the error if I could figure out what to google. I can't read the log. Haven't called QB but looked on their troubleshooting web connector page (linked from somewhere) and got no answers.

There are errors that wb is not connecting to QB, could not start QB,....***just found QB web connector wiki that I will peruse for some answers. All this logspeak is giving me a headache though!!! The link, in case anyone else is interested is

I have not been able to find out how to remedy the fact that web connector is not communicating with QB. Is there anyone that can help? It may be something in QB that changed with the new computer but I just don't have the know how to figure that out and my IT is not familiar with web connector. I really need help and would really appreciate even just a direction to go in.
