I hope that some one can help me.

For the last 3 weeks i have been working on getting our product imported from quickbooks. I was able to sync once to import from QB, but it only allowed me to import part of my inventory. After that 1st sync, I started having troubles with the connection between QB and Store Front. I keep getting the error 'company file has change'. After 3 tech support calls the solution to this problem was solved by reseting the company file on the store front side.

After they rest the company file i was then able to sync once again, but still only a fraction of the product that i was needing to import showed up. After accepting the product I attempted to sync again. This time there was no product showing up on store front to import.

I once again called tech support and we were unable to figure out why the sync was not working. Ofter looking thought the QBWC log i noticed this error.

Tech support had me send them a company file to see if they could figure something out on their side? I still have not heard back and they have not replied to my emails.

This is becoming very frustrating and not sure if it has anything to do with the QBwebconnector and the store or something else.. at this point not even Tech support can answer this..

I hope that tech support will get back to me ASAP.. but if anyone else has ran into this problem and have the fix i would love to here.
