It's going on two years now, and the proper solution has not been addressed. The webconnect should be able to pull the Part number not the product name. I will NOT use their conversion technique because of the amount of items I have, and the customers. This software upgrade is suppose to same us time and money, where it is doing the opposite. Costing me time, and money, to hire someone to key in each order. Each time I call about this issue, they say the same thing over and over, that their system is designed to pull the name not the part number.
I am looking for another provider now since they do not value my business. I will also be looking into the contract I originally signed to see if there are any legal issues, or rights I may have that they have omitted due to this upgrade.
