When I run web connector, I get 2 screens popping up, one is to select which QBPOS server to use, there is only one. The 2nd screen is to log in to POS, then web connector runs. If I set up to autorun, will it still pop up with those windows? Since I will most likely not be in the office to check, I haven't set up the autorun. Is this a Quickbooks setting?

I really hope someone would let me know how they work with web connector, whether there are additional pop ups to check. This might be a setting in QB but I have no idea.
