I have used simple php mail() function in my code but it does not work.
same code works fine on other server provided by different hosting provider.
is it blocked or what is the reason for this.

It should work as long as you are using the default php settings (localhost, port 25, no auth), but PHP scripts are blocked from sednding email for the first 72 hours after a hosting package has been purchased to prevent abuse by spammers.

Please advise your tech support department of this. I just called them on this issue and they said "This is beyond customer support".

I was able to send messages using a test script from your package, but I had to rename your php.ini. Your PHP.ini should only have the settings you need to change in it. You should not have any email settings in it (typically this would only be a few lines). http://www.networksolutions.com/support/PH...ed-Hosting-FAQ/
