Hi, we have noticed that when we have a declined transaction in our cart, Google Analytics is still picking it up as a completed transaction. This is substantially throwing off the sales numbers it reports. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make GA stop recording declined transactions.

Thanks

This is a known issue within the software. When an order is declined the URL still changes to complete. Unfortunately this is going to take a complete rewrite of the checkout process and is not something that can be done simply so a timeframe for this has not yet been established.
