There is a site that is coming up on google page 1 in organic search results for many of the items we sell, the site features ALL of our products (and ONLY our products), uses our pictures, lists the titles exactly as we do and then uses strange & bizarre words here and there to slightly change our descriptions of the products. YET, nothing links to our site (which is why I couldn't click on anything to see if they are an affiliate in our affiliate program or not).

None of the items are purchasable from them and nothing links to our site.

It seems like it's just really a page of PPC ads (PPC ads are not for our products) but it's our products & SEO that are getting people to the site.

What can I do about this? Any advice on what this practice is referred to and how I can stop them would be appreciated. Thanks.

If they are images that you took or belong to you, I would start with a letter to let them know they are yours and they do not have permission to use them. Ideally watermarks are the way to go, that way they wouldn't want to take them. I would also throw in the letter that they are using your content. Be polite and there is a good chance they will just take it all down. It's probably just a ppc page like you said and probably not worth the hassle and they'll take it down.

I had this problem once of someone hot linking to my images. I created a gif saying the images had been stolen from (name of the website) and upload. I had to change the images for my products, but just the fun I had viewing that website with all the little gifs waving a message saying the image had been stolen was well worth it, not counting all the sales they lost!!

Here is some info for you and also I would suggest notifiying the hosting company of the offending website. They may take the site down for you.
