Hi vipmedia,

While I can't comment on other peoples sites directly, I do know we have had many, many sites indexed just fine with the search engines. I can say this because the clients that utilize our SEO services are guaranteed top 10 results for the top 10 packages.

So if you are having trouble getting indexed some things that you might want to look into.

1. Content is king, if you don't have a lot of text on your site describing your products, this may be the issue.
2. Meta tags - make sure that the keywords you use are different for each page and not the same, same goes for the page description. You will want to use the keywords in the text on the page that you are creating.
3. Make sure that you have submitted your site to the search engines, you actually have to submit them for them to start to be indexed well.
4. Make sure you have links to your site from others in your field.

If you are having trouble getting those things accomplished we do have products and services that can take care of all of those for you. You can find more information out at http://marketing.networksolutions.com

I am consistently in the first page for google with my site. I have a very competitive key word phrase too. Like Joe said it is all about content, tags etc. Use the google webmaster tools etc.
