Should I be concerned about this? Google hasn't spidered my homepage since my migration which was a week ago.

Should I go in and make some minor changes to my homepage? Any suggestions?

When did you migrate? I am assuming that you invited Google to come to your new migrated site since you recreated your sitemap for v7, uploaded it, and then told Google that you wanted them to come visit your site. Did you create a new sitemap? Did you invite Googlebot to visit your site?

Hi I am scheduled to migrate this month and concerned about my ranking on Google and Yahoo. I've been able to get in the top 5 on google consistently for the last year. Anyone have a rough transition with migration and placement?

Thanks.

It our site about a month to get back where we were but our pages have higher pageranks all over the place. Well worth the upgrade, make sure you run a sitemap xml through www.auditmypc.com asap after you upgrade to google webmasters and yahoo siteexplorer asap. PM me if you need help doing so.

Hey Vince,
I am trying to use google webmaster tools to verify my site. However, I am not sure where or how to do the verification status for the meta tag or the html. I tried both, but I must not be placing the code in the right area.

Hope you can help. I just redesigned my site and did the v7 migration 2 months ago. But it has taken up until this past month to get it all cleaned up and the site redesigned.

thanks
V
