Is there an answer to this or is it the G0ds of search engine wisdoms:)

Use Dashes. Yeh when my site (pre-migration) had jammed everything together with no dashes. I had to go through everyone and fix them to have dashes.

Note. Dashes register as spaces in search engines. "Google doesn’t algorithmically penalize for dashes in the url."

I personally like the look of the dashes, but the jury is still out as to which method best impacts the SEO...from my reading, there is no difference.

Thanks Guys 50/50 huh?
Also it may be way to much work to edit each one from this point?
So not sure the best way to do,
And not wanting to attempt the export/import lessons as we are NOT spread sheet people here (IMG:http://forums.networksolutions.com/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

They do not, however, there is speculation that it adds to the weight of being considered spam-ish when there are more than 3 dashes in the URL. This is the main reason it is set to dashless by default.

Hey ParkerYamaha.
Probably better to spend time elsewhere (?)...I agree. I pondered doing the "spread sheet dash boogie" but decided against it.
Hope your migration is coming along well!
