FYI about Shopzilla
Short, Sweet and to the point about any company you do business with. You can tell a lot about a company by the way it handles refunds..or not!
We jumped through the hoops, sent the faxes, did the emails, waited for a response and still have not heard a word about a refund. I should have seen it coming when I wasn't allowed access to our account area while "waiting" the 36 hours for the manual product feed to be "OK'd" by Shopzilla.
Fool me once..Shame on me. You got me. Lesson learned. Ask here first. Then send money.
