We continue to hear from our customers regarding ordering on their iPad and ordering using Internet Explorer.
1. Today, a customer clicked on the Place Your Order button on his iPad and yet his order did not go through. He was not taken to a thank you page and he was not sent a confirmation email; we checked our Merchant Services gateway and no charge had been made to his credit card.
2. Yesterday, same thing happened to a customer trying to place an order on his computer using Internet Explorer.
Anyone else hearing about these types of issues from their customers?
