I posted this topic a few months ago, and the problems still persist.

About 5% of our order alert emails don't contain the shipping method selected by the customer.

The problem seem to randomly pop up. It is not dependent on which shipping method as chosen.

I have examples of the emails where the customer chose expedited shipping. This is causing some headaches for our warehouse.

NS - Is this a known issue and is there any expected date for resolution?
