Same here.

"Known issue", supposedly.

The only thing I KNOW is that these continuing issues make it impossible to survive.

Backend is messed up on mine today. Can't open any orders up, says " unable to retrieve order information". We are having to pick orders by opening the little preview tab to see what was ordered, but can't actually open the order up and see customer info or anything.

Ours seems to be running fine at the moment. but was down this am with this forum and the main ns site. seems like another ddos attack to me. otherwise it was a system wide disruption. hard to believe that is possible...

here we take things one day at a time.

May all hackers and lowlife scum pieces of human filth and garbage who perpetrate or direct these DDOS attacks, perpetrate credit card fraud, or commit other types of cybercrime burn in hell for all eternity.

We have to look for otherwordly punishment, since lord knows the police doesn't do anything about these pathetic, disgusting, vile subhuman pieces of excrement.
