Ecommerce started off with severe latency and now is down. Tried calling tech support for down site and AGAIN they say they do not have after hours support - even for down ecommerce websites.
Oh and by the way they try to push you off on CHAT SUPPORT which of course you cannot get to because my SITE IS DOWN, so I logged in with my other ecommerce store and CHAT is OFFLINE
What can we do after hours NS???
