Ecommerce started off with severe latency and now is down. Tried calling tech support for down site and AGAIN they say they do not have after hours support - even for down ecommerce websites.
Come On!!!!!!!!!!

Oh and by the way they try to push you off on CHAT SUPPORT which of course you cannot get to because my SITE IS DOWN, so I logged in with my other ecommerce store and CHAT is OFFLINE
What can we do after hours NS???

This has been resolved - server rebooted by NS.
What is with the " use the live chat" - and the difficulty to get someone to help when it is an eCommerce site down support call. Don't they understand that we cannot use chat if we cannot get into our control panel? It should not be this hard to get after hours support for down stores.
