Just upgraded Order Manager to version 5.9. It has some nice improvements for NS. It now imports personalization info as opposed to the "true/false" values.

I'm not sure if everyone was missing the AVS and CVV values like we were but they are now importing for Payflow Pro and appear in the View Multi Order mode.

Haven't used it much so I don't know if there are more new features that will work for us but those two are well worth it.

Once again I'm amazed at the level of service we get from Stone Edge. It's Sunday night, Labor Day weekend, I had some trouble running the program after installation. I posted the issue on their forum and got an answer within minutes from Barney, the owner, and an e-mail from Mark. Our daily operations are very dependent on Order Manager running properly, and these guys know it and take it seriously. It's refreshing to have someone stand by their product and not take the weekend off after issuing a new release.

If anyone using NS has over 40 to 50 orders a day, you've got to check this program out (www.stoneedge.com). It has saved us the cost of at least two additional employees and you can't beat their after the purchase service.
