We launched our site last fall. We have had OK traffic but are ready to make the next round of changes prior to doing some keyword advertising to jump start the site. Please take a look. Any feedback (positive and negative) would be greatly appreciated.

Seems easy to navigate and get to what you need (although admittedly I don't know much about your products). My only suggestion is regarding the graphics on the Contact Us page - I didn't like them very much, particularly the one with the four red arrows. My personal opinion would be to remove that graphic entirely and to resize the envelope graphic a bit smaller (perhaps half the size?) so it looks a bit more appropriate.
