Your products look great.
I would consider a Custom design.

In the Jewelry space online, its very competitive... Customers make quick decisions on who to build trust with.
They do so alot of times according to how professional the design of the site is.

Its not "if you build it, they will come"
in the Online world, its
"if you present it well, they might buy"

I'm not saying you arent doing so, especially knowing that what you are using is a modified theme in the software, but as a frequent jewelry buyer, I always look for a Highly Marketable design.
If you pay enough attention to that, it tells the customers you care enough about their buying experience to deserve it.

Get in touch with me if you have other questions.

Good Luck!

I'm new to this whole process too so please take my comments as representing a shopper's experience, rather than a website expert. First, I think your pictures look very nice - clear and appealing. However, I would investigate whether you could resize them so that they all the same size. It would give your website a cleaner, more organized appearance if the pictures lined up. If it's not possible to have all the pix the same size, maybe you could adjust each row to a consistent size.
I hope this is helpful. Good luck!
