Hello,

I'm trying to add my pop3 Email. Everytime I click send/receive, I get "Incorrect Username / Password".
Our Staff has no problems setting up their emails using their iphones.

We only have 1 client that is using Android Galaxy S2 which is a Samsung phone.

Please let me know if there is something that needs to be done for it to work.

Thanks,
Marcelo

I am sorry to hear that you were experiencing issues with setting up pop3 on one particular phone model. I recommend checking with the phone provider how the username is displayed to the server. The username needs to be the full email address. It is possible that the phone is seperating the domain or adding the domain. You can try making the username just the beginning of the address.
