My Android Phone (Droid Razr Max) was just upgraded to Ice-Cream Sandwich, but now my email doesn't work. When I check incoming or outgoing settings it tells me I need TLS but my server doesn't support it.

What do I need to do?

I am sorry to hear that you were experiencing issues with your email. I have my email setup on my phone with Ice-Cream Sandwich OS. Please message me your mailbox name or escalation number and I will check if you can setup with TLS.

Laurie, are you an NS employee?

Just worried about sending my info...to a stranger.

Yes, I work for Network Solutions. The safest way is to log into your account manager and create an online service request. Then provide me that number and I can look it up.
