The Website Builder Tool embedded in the hosting package seems to be available only to the package owner. There is a desire to enable a developer to use the Website Builder Tool without granting access to the Network Solutions master account. How does one accomplish that?

You are correct. The Website Builder Tool is available only if one has access to the Account Manager. There is, however, a work-around that many take advantage of. That is to purchase another hosting package into a separate account that has at least one user in common with the "master" account. (This is so the domain can still be assigned to the hosting package.)

When you do this we will 1) give you a prorated refund on the current package, and 2) transfer your Website Builder content into the new package. Then you grant access to your developer to the account that has only the hosting package in it.

When done this way the person granted access to this new account will only be able to see the products (the hosting package) in this account and nothing else. Common users of both accounts will still have full access.
